The Vanderbilt School of Engineering
prepares engineers to become leaders
and innovators in solving increasingly
challenging, significant problems.

The Vanderbilt School of Engineering is internationally recognized for the superior quality of its research and education programs in selected fields of engineering.

 
 

The first private university in the South to offer a degree in Engineering, Vanderbilt provides both depth and breadth in engineering education and research. The School includes five major departments:
