Student Receives Scholarship Gina Gatti, a senior in civil engineering, received the 1998 AISC/Southern Association of Steel Fabricators Scholarship and is the first Vanderbilt student to receive the award. One $2,500 scholarship is awarded each year to an engineering student in the southeastern region on the basis of academic excellence and promise as a successful engineer.
