Heath Care Design and Construction Workshop
With a rigorous set of design and construction standards
to adhere to, hospitals are considered to be among the
most complex and costly buildings to design and build.
This second annual workshop, sponsored by the Department
of Civil and Environmental Engineering, features
national experts in the area of Building Information
Modeling (BIM), Integrated Project Delivery, LEED for
Health Care Projects, and Patient Care and Safety. The
workshop will host a moderated panel discussion, "What
do Health Care Owner's Really Want in Their Projects?"
