Project Title:

Micro/Nanofluidic Studies of Individual Cells and Macromolecules

Primary Investigators:

Dr. Deyu Li

Brief Description of Project:

This project involves development of micro/nanofluidic sensors to study individual cells and macromolecules such as DNAs and proteins. More specifically, the undergraduate student will assist graduate students to perform microfluidic experiments to measure the growth rate of yeast, or assist graduate students to perform nanofluidic experiments to detect single molecules such DNAs or proteins.

Nature of Supervision:

Directed by Dr. Deyu Li and work with graduate students.
